David is the Chief Investment Officer and co-founder of Convex Strategies Pte Ltd. Previously, David was the CIO of the Convex Asia Fund at City Financial Investment Company and Fortress Investment Group. Prior to joining Fortress in 2011, David was a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager at Artradis Fund Management in Singapore, where he was responsible for the fixed income aspects of their volatility portofolio.
He has over 30 years investment experience and began his career building Asian and global emerging market trading businesses for RBS (ABN AMRO Group), Bankers Trust and Bank of America. David graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in Finance and completed an MBA at the University of California, Berkeley.
